Terms & Conditions – 299det Platform Rules and Player Agreement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, bet, or use any service on 299det. This age restriction applies without exception and is actively enforced during the registration and account verification processes. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances held pending review, and relevant information reported in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of 299det complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 299det makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any location outside Bangladesh.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 299det. Registering, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or using 299det:

• Current or former employees of 299det or its technology, payment, or gaming partners
• Immediate family members of 299det employees
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the 299det platform or any other gambling platform
• Individuals who have been formally excluded by 299det for breaching these Terms
• Persons acting as agents or proxies on behalf of another individual

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. All fields must be completed truthfully.

299det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time — including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 299det username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. Deposits are credited to your 299det account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 299det, though individual payment method limits set by bKash, Nagad, and Rocket apply and are outside our control. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. • Attempting to exploit payment processing errors or delays

New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus and any winnings derived from it are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all 299det bonuses carry a standard 20x wagering requirement. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute at a rate determined by the applicable odds. All bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless the specific promotion terms state a different validity period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry without prior notice.

299det actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated abuse between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 299det reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account permanently.

All slot and table games on 299det use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game provider. Game outcomes are determined independently of any external influence including player history, account balance, or prior results. 299det does not alter game outcomes or RNG outputs.

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches, and FIFA for football. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299det and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity breach
• Reverse engineering or attempting to predict RNG outcomes through systematic data collection

All registered players may apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits to their account via the account settings dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

Any player who wishes to stop gambling temporarily or permanently may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, marketing communications will cease, and reactivation will not be permitted until the exclusion period has expired and a mandatory cooling-off review has been completed.

By its nature, gambling involves the risk of financial loss. 299det accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform in accordance with these Terms. Players are solely responsible for the amounts they choose to deposit and wager.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Failure by 299det to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of 299det's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
